  7. NorthC 1.3    A public domain 'C' programming environment containing 
  8.         all the programs required to develop 'C' code.  This is 
  9.         version 1.3.  Changes include different examples, many 
  10.         bug fixes, further documentation and some improvements.  
  11.         The environment is supplied compressed and unpacks to two 
  12.         disks.  Partial source is included.
  13.         Authors: Steve Hawtin, Charlie Gibbs, Sozobon Ltd, The 
  14.              Software Distilary and many others.

  17.         To use, unarchive the file then use the install program for floppy
